The Protein A magnetic beads, conjugated with protein A, are used for purification of many species of IgG (Antibody) , especially for Human IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, Rabbit IgG, Mouse IgG2a, Cat IgG, Goat IgG2, Sheep IgG2, Cow IgG2, Pig IgG, and so on. For purification, the antibody is added to a tube containing Protein A purified beads. The tube is then placed on a Magnetic separation device, where the beads migrate to the side wall of the tube facing the Magnetic separation device and allow for easy removal of the supernatant. The bound antibodies are dissociated from the beads using an Elution Buffer. |
