性 状 ： 白色或黄褐色粉末。粘蛋白中糖链占全分子量的50%以上，有时可达80%。单聚糖以O-糖苷键结合在核蛋白的侧链，并以共价键互相结合，形成分子量数百万的巨大分子。分子内含有大量的水分，形成胶体，覆盖在粘膜表面。
用 途 ： 生化研究。粘蛋白是上皮细胞产生的主要成分，对细胞起着保护和润滑的作用。本品仅供科研使用
