概述
Antibody diluent is a 10x concentrated buffer. This buffer is specifically formulated and tested for western blotting applications. Antibody diluent is for diluting both primary and secondary antibodies. The buffer of this antibody diluent is TBS, pH 7.6.

For 10 ml: 1 ml of antibody diluent (10x) + 9 ml ultra pure water + 5 μl Tween20. Now with the current.
